If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For partially damaged packaging or minor cosmetic issues that do not affect product function, partial refunds may apply.
2. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days (UK) or 45 days (international), please reach out to us and we will investigate.
If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
Please note:
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with neighbours or your local postal office before contacting us.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are unable to issue refunds for:

Once processing begins, we cannot cancel the order.

If required, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
7. International Orders
International shipping times may vary due to customs and local postal processing.
We are not responsible for taxes, duties, or fees charged by local authorities.
